Information handled
Hosting and security services may process your IP address, request time, requested page and browser details. If you contact us by telephone, email or WhatsApp, the identity, contact, enquiry and property information you provide may be processed. The public site has no visitor account or contact form.
Purposes and legal grounds
Information is used to operate and protect the site, answer enquiries and provide requested estate services. Applicable grounds under Article 5 of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) may include performance or establishment of a contract, legal obligations, protection of rights and legitimate interests respecting your fundamental rights. Any separate processing requiring consent will be explained separately.
Providers and transfers
Cloudflare provides the publication infrastructure; an email provider receives forwarded messages. Administration is restricted to authorised people. Providers may process information outside Türkiye; applicable Article 9 transfer conditions must be assessed. External WhatsApp, Instagram, Sahibinden and map services apply their own privacy terms. Legally required disclosures may be made to competent authorities. Listing maps may load automatically from OpenStreetMap; the map service may process your IP address and connection information. When you press the address search button in administration, the shareable property address is sent to Nominatim; the selected location is sent to Overpass for nearby places. Google Maps, Apple Maps and Yandex Maps open only when you follow their links and apply their own privacy terms.
Browser storage
No advertising or visitor analytics script is installed. A sessionStorage preference avoids repeating the introduction in the same tab; it stores no identity or browsing history. Cloudflare Access uses a security session for administration. Changes to these practices will be explained.
Retention and security
Information is retained for the necessary purpose and applicable statutory periods, then considered for deletion, destruction or anonymisation. Access controls, secure connections and backups help protect it.
Your rights
Article 11 KVKK rights include finding out whether and why information is processed, requesting information about recipients, correction and qualifying deletion/destruction, notification of those actions to recipients, objection to adverse results from automated analysis, and compensation for unlawful processing.
Map service terms
Maps and nearby information come from OpenStreetMap. The information is for guidance; verify addresses and distances on site. External map links are subject to the respective service’s terms.
